Bad customer service

I have not even started using their services. Placed my order on the 15th March. Paid their fees. Till then I've been waiting for their router and they kept saying it was delivered. Dispite numerous attempt talking to them about this no one is really helping. The last person said he will follow it up. But theyve already debited the pro-rata for what? I have no idea when I can't even use their services. I'm canceling them because we have just started on the wrong side. Meaning if I ever encounter a problem with their network it will take ages to fix. I don't think their services is good for someone who needs internet connection everyday for work
