Bad customer service

I am so annoyed been struggling with them since the 28 September 2022 just to get service installed then it’s this then it’s that my word the WhatsApp line is hopeless they can’t help you keep saying it’s in process then boom it is the address is it correct I mean you not resolving my issue you just adding
