Please advise how much is due this month as i had put an order to downgrade in june already and it has not being actioned and i did not budget for the R529.00 and it did not make no difference. thank you and this has been going on for month, just last month my service had a problem for more than 5 days and i was promised a credit till today thats not done and i requested the downgrade in June and its still not done and i keep on being transfered yesterday the whole day every agent kept on saying will action this and transfer me.\
