Bad customer service

This company has the worst customer service!

They force us to use their watsapp to get assistance but their agents are never available to assist!

I held on the line for over 3 hrs waiting to speak to someone and their live agents are just as slow! They respond to one question every 10 minutes.

I’m very frustrated as I work from home and can’t get any work done without the WIFI!
