Bad customer service

Webafrica is bad! I have requested for ADSL to be installed at my home and instead of installing it they suspend the account because they claim no payment was made, but they never called to confirm installation and their WhatsApp service is super bad as well. They always say they will call me back but empty promises. I honestly do not know what is their issue because the ADSL is needed and I do not know why they have suspended the account. I am frustrated
