BAD customer care service

Ordered and paid for WiFi, 16/7. Confirmation from Webafrica 2-4 days. It’s now 10 days later and no WiFi. There’s no way to speak in person with someone, only WhatsApp. 82 messages later, stil NO joy! I want to cancel, but no option.
