Bad customer care

I have paid money online yesterday around 1 yet my connection is still down.I tried to talk to them on Whatsapp spoke to the first agent XolelwaM bad attitude she ended the chat before even asking what was my issue, Second agent asked me for the proof of payment then ended the chat NothandoL… i am so mad really that time im working from home i need the connectivity.
