17 Apr 2026, 15:49Hi Kirstie, we can see how disruptive this is for you, especially with drops happening throughout the day despite the router showing a stable green light. That helps rule out a basic power or signal loss, but it also confirms why the usual restart steps haven’t made any difference.Since the issue is ongoing and not time-specific, the most likely causes are either an unstable session on the line or intermittent Wi-Fi/router behaviour under load. We can work through a few focused checks on your side to narrow this down properly before anything else is considered. Please try this next step for us so we can isolate it clearly: connect one device directly to the router using a LAN cable (if available) and use only that connection for a short period. If the drops still happen on a wired connection, that confirms the issue is not Wi-Fi related and helps us focus purely on the line stability side. If it stays stable on cable but drops on Wi-Fi, then we’re dealing with a wireless interference or router placement issue instead. In the meantime, also take note of whether the router remains connected to the internet internally (Wi-Fi stays on) when the drop happens, or whether all access stops completely. That small detail makes a big difference in identifying the root cause.Once you’ve observed that, we’ll be able to guide you more precisely on the next fix without unnecessary back-and-forth or resets.Warm regards,
