Bad company just taking your money

Worst service ever i phoned them for fibre i signed up and had to pay upfront which i did 2 days later they phoned me back with alot off stories i said if it starts like this rather cancel everything and refund me they said okay refund will take 3-5 business days its already passed and they just give me the run around promising to come back to me but never does
