Bad Communication Systems in place

Good day, I would like Web Africa to have a contact number where faults can be reported and followed up, It took me a week to try and sort our my problem with the via WhatsApp and their Webpage, as it is easier to explain your problem over the phone, and please employ competent people on your team this is not the first time I have struggled and I am really thinking of changing service providers just because of this.
