Bad Communication on faulty Wifi router (webafrica) router

Wifi Router faulty. Try to make contact but no response. Please send me a new wifi router or I will cancel your service. Miss communication start with whatsapp (willie the robot) and this is where it all stays. If no responce I will cancell.
