Bad Communication and Service
I do agree 100%. Webafrica discontinued my services last night at 24:00 which is scheduled for 31 October 2025. WhatsApp is hopeless and useless, no response. I am not interested to deal with a bot. Really. Person to person much quicker to resolve problems. I tried to connect since +-01:00 without any success. 24 hours service??? What a joke. Contacted Sales. Lady was helpful. Will wait and see what happens after 10:00 this morning. I will not recommend WebAfrica. Bad service for what one is paying. There are cheaper companies with excellent services
