Bad Communication

Their WhatsApp channel is very bad they will transfer you to one consultant to another. Today they tell you this story tomorrow another story. You also have to wait a long time before consultant responds you. I couldn’t see the amount that I have to pay in Monday I asked the consultant to check for me then they checked they came back with an amount and they said I will be reconnected within an hour. I am still not connected when I ask them on Tuesday they told me I owe another amount how cause I asked on Monday then they making an excuse that because of that amount that’s why they didn’t reconnect me.
