Bad client service from Web Africa

Received a very bad service from them, contacted them to get connected with internet The Call Centre does not listen to you neither do they read their messages no proper response I cancelled the deal and now they're sending me invoices I told him on message that I do not want to carry on and I've sent them an email. They ignored it all still send me the router and still have not contact them now they send invoice and I still don't have any internet this company has got a very bad way of handling clients.
