Bad Client Service

I am moving away from WebAfrica, the worst client support ever. Been a month since my line fault, through 4 call center agents. They say the call is logged, then they don't. If they do manage to log my fault, they log it against the wrong customer. They close my ticket without even contacting me. No on the 4th time and mone month later, when I queried the about the issue. They said, sorry call been logged against the wrong client. Enough is enough
