Bad Client Service

Web Africa have no customer service. They suspended my Wi-Fi even without they took my debit order Saturday morning. and just after that Saturday they took my debit order but still did not put my Wi-Fi back on again.

So that means if the 1st falls on a weekend i need to sit without Wi-Fi for the whole weekend. Today its still off I'm working from home and is not able to work because my Wi-Fi is off. This morning since 8 o clock i was calling and asked for help, every time they say they will get some one to call me but now 12.37 no one called me. They have no client serves and cant assist their customers
