BAD CALL CENTRE WAITING TIMES!!!
Horrific call centre waiting times. I called 3 times today to be helped with my domain transfer and was on the line for up to 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me until I gave up. Next thing when I get someone to talk too, you guys say I must call Gridhost like ***. Or at least implement a queuing system like AFRIHOST where they tell you which caller number you are and the estimated hold time. I
