BAD BAD SERVICE

This company is by far the worst ive come across. There are never any available to resolved any issues. Always BOTS answering. Even when trying to cancel ISP you have to deal with a BOT. last week i called Afrihost which i not a client of, and there Agent ( a HUMAN ) assisted me being from another service provider regarding outages in my area. I just called in to the sales dept trying to get hold of some1 to assist and this lady just brushed me off saying im going to waste my time trying to speak to a manager in the business. Really not impressed. VERY BAD SERVICE
