Bad BAD Fibre connectivity
The service from Webafrica is pathetic. The issue is the erratic nature of the connection. It fluctuate between very good, very bad, non-existent, good, ****ty.
It is extremely frustrating while working or watching streaming services like Netflix. The reason I got fibre was to get rid of the f’d-up service from Telkom. Now I receive the same **** service from Webafrica. When I pay my fees monthly, you do not receive it in drips and drabs, but all at once. I do not want drips and drab line-speed. I want consistant speed, which I paid for.
Again today, the speed is completely f’d-up. It range from no connectivity to 20mbs, but hovers around 2 to 5 mbs. As I am typing this, I did three test, one after another, and the results were download-speed – 14mbs and up-load 1 mbs, 5mbs download-speed and 1mbs up-load speed, 21mbs download-speed and 0.9 up-load speed.
Do you understand how frustrating it is to work on-line and watch streaming services with the flippen buffering **** happening every couple of minutes.
Come on, man, get the stuff fixed. This is a recurring telephonic and e-mailed complaint to your office the past year. Now I am also placing the complaint on HelloPeter.
