Bad bad bad customer service-

😡 Frustrating experience with Webafrica! 😤

Terrible customer service from Webafrica. Spent 1 hour in line twice, only to have my line cut due to 'insufficient funds' BOTH TIMES. Ironically, I've spent my whole monthly amount already! 😡 Kids can't even watch a movie without buffering. They 'noted an error' but NO ONE is helping! 😤 NOT recommending Webafrica till they sort this out.
