BAD BAD BAD BAD

Guys, If I could give you any word of advice do not EVER turn to this company. Their support system is the worst I have ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. There is no email address to email queries to them on. 2. You can wait up to 1 hour if you phone in and even then they cannot give you assistance without an empty promise to phone back. 3. Whatsapp you still have to wait for the bot to connect you and if you don't keep a conversation going then it auto disconnects you. 4. No one is willing to assist you with an issue that requires them to get back to you or where you can follow up with them directly. 5. Their reference number system is a waste of time as the support people on whatsapp don't use it.

I have been trying since December to resolve an issue and have dealt with about 15 Agents so far with no luck. No management to help, no emails to send just a stupid bot or a phone that just rings.
