Bad bad bad

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company..after been misinformed and **** to by agents they want me to Pay more and more money..the names of the support agents are sfiso, rudi and sikho. After debating my account and not having service they still want me to Pay more money which is unacceptable. Then 1 person sfiso mentioned the call centre will be closing now and he has to end the chat whilst dealing with my enquiry he ended my chat just like that..very unprofessional and unacceptable. After promising me my service will be canceled it remained active and they debited me for my old address..I am extremely disappointed and a very unhappy customer.
