Bad Automated Service!!!!!

Terrible service. Been with webafrica for years. We upgraded to a much faster line because the wifi was very slow. Then last week suddenly there is a fault just on our line that no one can explain. Then they apparently sorted it out. Then the day after the upgrade suddenly there is another fault and webafrica blames Frogfoot and Frogfoot blames webafrica. There is no one you can call. Everything is automated. And absolutely no one wants to assist you. All they tell you is that this is their process. Wish I knew this earlier then I could have switched to a different local provider that cares about there customers. Now here goes a long weekend without any wifi.
