bad and slow service

I am extremely annoyed with Openserve and Web Africa, I've been without fibre from the 1st of December, different technicians came to my house and nothing is happening. The only response i keep on getting from them is" I understand and he was right, he sorted everything out for you now we just want Openserve to give us confirmation that the line is active so that we can be able to get you connected" BUT NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!
