Bad and pathetic service

Took 2 days to eventually cancel my fiber with WebAfrica, because all they do is protect their absolutely pathetic service. I had transferred the fiber from a previous ISP, so WebAfrica had absolutely nothing to do with the installation but now they want to charge me R1725 for a service where they were never involved in. Surely this is *****ing from the poor to enrich the company, but oh yes that is how South Africa operates. This is definitively an ISP to avoid as bad service, pathetic support and *****ing the customer's money is their top priority. As usual they will not reply to any review on Hello Peter because ******* do not come into the light. If they ever read this review, please let your Legal Department give me a call.
