Bad after sales service-No BOT

Bad after sale service. I have only had your service for a week and have been having Connectivity issues since the first day and to day it'd not been resolved. But you extremely good at deducting your pro rata payment? I'm so dissapointed and hate talking to BOT which is of no dam help! I want to cancel my service and get my money back honestly. I'm a small household of 2 work all day and get home to settle down to a movie or a series, once I'm logged in for 3mins of the movie it starts buffering this is so dam frustrating. I have been online with so many agents 5onasaiar and to date my problem has not been resolved. Your offices closes at 7pm yet I'm online since 6pm waiting for someone to assist and no joy? . I want to cancel your service and get my money back. Please do not promote specials if the after sales service is this bad it's useless and only frustrated clients even more. I want this resolved or my money back. Either send a technician out or cancel my service and refund my money. Not a happy customer at all!!!!!
