Bad after sales service

Ever since we had our Fibre installed we have had several issues with this service provider or should I say non-service provider. They do not have direct line of contact for what ever reason your issue relates to and the WhatsApp facility is really unhelpful, you constantly get a bot. Seems as though they provide a service up unto the point that your Fibre is installed and your payment/s are taken and you are then left to fend for yourself.
