Bad account admin and support.

Had no problems with the service, but when I tried to cancel my line it was an absolute mission with bunch of clauses that did not up to benchmark when compared to other ISPs.

After I finished jumping through hoops to get my monthly service cancelled, a Retention specialist was assigned to my case that completely messed up the account. The took money off my account which was unauthorized and when I complained they said they would credit my account, which is of no use since I want to cancel!
