Awful support for internet issues

I have had no internet connection for almost 2 days and have been going through the same troubleshooting steps so many times and just cannot seem to get through to someone I've contacted them on 3 different platform but I've had no help. I have home school kids and they cannot login to do their school work. It's terrible service
