Awful Support

I recently needed to get my line moved to a new property. Webafrica support advised me to keep my account with them open and ask Telkom to move the account. Not amazing since I'm paying R800 a month for this but I can live with that. Telkom finally comes through so I raise a ticket to get my line moved. Get told to use the website to do so, which doesn't work. Get my ticket moved to another department. Ask for an update

...no response. My ticket gets moved to another department. Ask again for an update.

...no response again. My ticket gets bounced on to yet another department. I ask for an update. Still no response. It's been a week.

I raise a new ticket hoping this will kick things into action. No response yet again. Ask for an update on the original ticket. Still no response. I haven't had Internet for two months. I'm about to receive another bill for this. So I'll be out of pocket for nearly two and a half grand and nothing to show for it but frustration.

I'm going to cancel my account with Webafrica because at this point it'd be faster and cheaper for another company to install a line. So I phone Webafrica hoping for some details on how to cancel my account.

...no response.

Where is everyone? Did your Internet go down and you can't check support tickets?

Someone please get hold of me and sort this out. Anyone who's thinking of getting a contract with Webafrica - rather just set a small pile of money alight. You'll get the same connectivity and have less pain.
