Awful service by vumatel and webafrica

you know when they say, when it Rains it pours. I moved from Rain to Vumatel/webafrica and it is the worst decision i have ever made. My connection its been off for 8 days with no feedback and no call center to call. Their whatsapp support is even worse. you will send a message in the morning and still in the afternoon no response.
