AWFUL SERVICE

Just another company that are happy to take your money and then give the worst service ever. Took 2 weeks of practically begging people to respond to me just for them to say oh woops we can't provide the service that we said we could. Disgusted by their service or rather LACK of service. Raeezah Allie was the only helpful person in the entire 2 weeks I was corresponding with WebAfrica. I wish I could give a minus 5 rating. They wasted 2 weeks of my life that I could have signed up with a different company and had internet by now. Then I also have to wait 1 to 5 business days to get a refund, total bs. It would be easier to start ones own ISP and get fibre than to get it through these people.
