Awful service

Awful service providers 100% don't recommend them. I wish I could turn back, I've been waiting for 30 days to get an installion from webafrica and vumatel I've already paid and I'm the one going back and forth trying to communicate with the useless agents that don't even attend your complaints. Kindly advise how I can cancel them and get back my money asap.
