Awful service

What a ********** experience. I have contacted Webafrica. As per their web page, my unit had coverage so I proceeded to pay a once off fee to initiate the fiber installation process. I have received a router and after a couple of long and excruciating days of no communication, they have advised me that my area has no coverage. No mention of once off fee paying back but have also advised me they will organize the couriers to come and collect the router. Courier has contacted me but failed to come and collect the router. Today I receive an invoice for the router??? I am handing this to my attorneys just for the principle. Shame on you, awful service
