Awful customer service

Customer service is appalling. I've tried getting hold of an agent for days on end and when I finally did, I was on a WhatsApp chat with her for 4 hours and still help. The consultant took a million years to respond to my messages and the only advice given to me is that I should reset my router. I've done that countless times already and nothing changed. No investigation or troubleshooting was done on their side. I honestly feel like I'm paying for nothing because my WIFI is still not working.
