Awful client service!

I had someone take over my account months ago, they gave the new client a new account number but never followed through, so decided to keep charging me for some one else account, finally after speaking to 5 or different agents I got the new person to take on the new account, only to credit me for one month! You can't speak to any one in person, only on WhatsApp where they don't need to take accountability for their incompetence. Steer clear of them! I am looking into alternative providers!
