Awesome service received!

We had the privilege of receiving a phone call from #Msindisi at Webafrica. This gentlemen was absolutely professional and patient whilst helping us. When we phoned Webafrica, #Msindisi answered my call and asked if we are phoning from a cell phone or landline which blew my mind as he didn't want to put us on hold while assisting us. We were not close to our router so he phoned us on the 12/01/2021 at 17h05 and assisted us. He is absolutely brilliant at what he does and when we complimented him, we could hear how grateful he was. He even sorted out our billing. Well done to #Msinidisi and a big thank you from the Ferreiras!! :)
