awaiting feedback

Still awaiting feedback on my order which was placed 12 days ago, i cancelled my LTE with supersonic since one of the agents checked against my home address if i was eligible to get their naked adsl, agent confirmed and i also check on their website which also confirmed this is active in my area. I than did a follow up and was told to submit a proof of address which i than did, but still no feedback regarding my order. I am unhappy since i expected a speedy service from you guys, I cancelled my LTE with another SP and i am now using my mobile data for work and its very costly. I would please like to know what is happening if this cannot happen i will gladly get someone else to assist me. Order Number: ***
