AVOID Wedafrica at all costs - triple charged through new billing system

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA! They initiated an automatic payment method through the selected card you originally had to authorise, I was initially double billed on the same day...i complained through the BOT (took 2 hours to get a response from an agent who responded the accounting team would be in touch. They did, again not speedily, and apologised and stated the refund would occur shortly...instead of the promised refund, I was CHARGED AGAIN TODAY... Hopefully this may have better results - completely unacceptable, sort it out!
