Avoid WebAfrica like the plague... the stress is not worth dealing with these people.

All I can say is that WebAfrica is very warm and welcoming when signing up to receive their internet service - BUT should you quit... they treat you as a convicted felon!! Beware the hidden service charges of R1000 (due to leaving "their" Service Provider. Eventually, it took someone from their legal debtors department to figure out what was happening and inform me of the reason for the deduction from my account. Seriously?!? Their staff needs to be workshopped and upskilled to deal with people.

My advice is... if you want to avoid any kind of stress with an ISP, avoid WebAfrica like the plague!! The coronavirus was a walk in the park compared to dealing with this business company.
