Avoid Webafrica if you want support service

We upgraded to 20/20. We quickly received an accountstatement with the increase in the payment. But we have never managed 20/20, only 20/5. Despite spending ages holding telephonically, many emails logging support requestS, many attempts at Livechat ( over 3 days), 10 days later my issue is still not resolved. Absolutely useless company.
