AVOID WEBAFRICA AT ALL COSTS - Disgusting service, bunch of ***** and unfair pricing for vumatel clients

Exactly as the title advises, avoid webafrica at all costs. They look appealing for the free installation but only after signing up do you realize what a mistake it is to sign up with them.

Call center agents lie and tell you the free installation is ending in a week to get you to signup, months later its still running - Bunch of *****.

The most pathetic and disgusting service from any ISP, even Telkom are better than webafrica and that is saying something. When first signed up they activated my account with someone else IP who is in an arrears so I could not connect to the internet and was constantly prompted to pay and clear this. After numerous emails and support tickets which no one assisted on and multiple phone calls over multiple days 1 woman in the call center was able to fix it by assigning a new IP, they others were confused and had no idea why this was happening, others said finance need to override it, finance had no idea just absolutely pathetic.

Support is useless, take weeks to reply to support tickets and then don't even fix the issue, they just make it worse.

My latest ticket is TICKET ID: 314825 (logged 25/10 and responded to /closed on 9/11 and was not even addressed correctly)

15 days for someone to not even bother to read it properly, reply with something that does not even relate to what I logged and then close it as if nothing is wrong - THIS IS BULL****.

THE ISSUE IS THAT YOUR PRICING IS INCONSISTENT AND SOME PEOPLE ARE GETTING THE 50/50 FIBRE UNCAPPED FOR R979 AND THIS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CLIENT UPGRADE PORTAL FOR VUMA AERIAL CLIENTS. WHY MUST VUMATEL CLIENTS PAY R1129 FOR THE EXACT SAME THING?

ABSOLUTELY BULL**** AND LOOKING AT THE RATINGS ON HELLO PETER FOR WEBAFRICA I AM NOT SURPRISED, HOPE YOU LOSE ALL CLIENTS AND GO BANKRUPT AND CLOSE DOWN THIS **** EXCUSE OF AN ISP.
