Avoid WebAfrica at all costs!

avoid web africa at all costs, its beend 4 days without fibre connection, 4 days! still not resolved. the whatsap support line is the worst, they dont have a direct line for technical support ? also i cancelled my line and was told it will only be effective 1 May and they want to charge me a set up clawback fee even when my complex already had fibre setup. Save yourself some precious time and inconvenience, dont use webafrica.
