Avoid Webafrica – *********** and Unreliable Service

I logged a move request with Webafrica over a month ago to transfer my internet to a new address, and to this day, the service is still not active. After weeks of silence and empty promises, I was just informed that there will be an additional 9-day delay.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is shocking. I've had to follow up multiple times, only to be met with vague excuses and zero results. For a company in the business of connectivity, they’re remarkably disconnected from customer service.

If you’re considering using Webafrica – don’t. Do yourself a favour and choose a provider that values your time and actually delivers on their commitments. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and completely unacceptable.
