A bunch of ******. They told me R399 for fibre. After 5 months they start billing me R599 with no warning. When I queried they said the R399 was promotional. They told me that if I cancel I needed to pay R1700 installation and return the router or pay R999, so I carried on using them. After 18 months I cancel and that takes 2 hours of being messed about. Now they want R999 if I don't return the router to their offices in Centurion. ( I live in PE) R999 is the price of a new Zytel router. Why am I supposed to pay R999 if the router is 18 months old. It's second hand. How many times have they circulated this router anyway. They also increased the price to R649 from Feb 2023, which is my last month.
