Avoid Web Africa - Terrible Service

I have used Web Africa for various services over the past few years and it has not been pleasant. I would not recommend Web Africa at all. Support is practically nonexistent.

Issues range from taking MONTHS to port a Telkom landline to VOIP (told it would take 10 working days), to double-debiting my account for the 2nd January in a row. I have been fighting to get my money back or have it allocated to my next bill for the past 3 weeks I have spent over 7 hours on support chat, with no resolution.
