Avoid this company whatever you do. You will regret using them!

Avoid this company. Customer Service doesn't exist. I tried to contact them via the only channel they operate (Whatsapp). I received no responses. I tried on numerous occasions. Eventually I gave up and looked up their complaints process and send a complaint email and an email to support. I received no response. The only option i had was to not make payment to get hold of them. Suprise Suprise they instantly emailed me when payment wasn't made and threatened me with legal action. They didn't acknowledge or apologise they hadnt responded to me for last 1.5 months.

This company is happy to stand behind their terms and conditions when it suits them, however, don't stand by them when it comes to things that don't suit them.

Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that has a dedicated helpline and email customer service. This WhatsApp service only is a joke.
