Avoid this company at all costs!

My Vumatel ION box got wet and stopped working. I reported this to Webafrica on 5 December 2022 and up to today have not received assistance. I have texted their agents every day and they all say it will be attended to that day. Its so frustrating not to be able to speak to someone on the phone or to receive real feedback. Sending a complaint also did not work. Then they also closed the fault on their side prematurely. It's been a nightmare.
