Trying to seek to anyone about this challenges requires you to go through their WhatsApp bot which is perhaps the best example of how NOT to use a WhatsApp bot. eventually after doing the same options two ro three times it says they will get a technician to message you for alive WhatsApp chat. trouble is there is no time limit. they suggest you can get a cuppa which woudl imply less than an hour. of the 5 or 6 times we did it it was several hours later that they would message and because you are doing other things you miss the message and then they immediately end the call and you have to start all over again. then my mom internet stopped altogether.. Since Sunday we have bene trying to ed of Tuesday and we can't even get their social media people to get a technician to call. so not only do they charge for a serve you dont get they offer close to zero customer support. unless you like talking to a stupid poorly thought out WhatsApp robot. Facebook should remove the WhatsApp robe on Webafrica for making their service look ****.
