Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! The most unprofessional, *********** and apathetic company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is virtually impossible to actually speak with a person, as their customer contact policy routes you to WhatsApp. If, and only if, someone does answer the customer contact number provided, one of two things will happen. They will either cut the call mid conversation, or, listen begrudgingly to your issue, say, 'let me look into it, and I'll get back to you'. Yes, you know what happens then... sweet FA. Three weeks have passed and no contact at all, even messages to the Executive Team are ignored. How companies that conduct themselves like Webafrica does, is absolutely astounding
